Anushka's ....Arundhati Mark In Tollywood History

It is not often that you see a movie arriving with a less noise and creating a deafening impact on the audience that the reverberations of it would be felt for a long time. The Telugu film history has seen such movies very rarely and notable among them were flicks like 'Khaidi' 'Geetanjali' 'Siva' 'Pokiri' etc..

Now, here is one film that seems to be creating a new league of blockbuster successes and it is none other than 'Arundhati'. Apparently, reports have been arriving from all corners about the outcome of this movie and there graphs are falling of nothing less than a blockbuster for this flick.

Analysts are saying that 'Arundhati' will create an everlasting impact on the markets and it surely has been named as a cult film given its offbeat genre, the world class standard of graphics and the remarkable performances of the lead cast. This is a really good news for the ailing Tollywood industry.

Three Movies For This Sankranthi

Once upon a time in telugu film industry, Balakrishna Narasimha Naidu, Venkatesh kalisumdham Raa and Mahesh Babu Okkadu released during Sankranthi festival season and became super duper hit movies which broke all the exisiting box-office records in Tollywood.
Slowly things have changed in Telugu cinema industry in which young and top heroes started doing only one movie per year which mostly is becoming a flop. So both producers and directors are taking a back step in making movies with big heroes.
Now here comes Sankranthi 2009 during which only three movies are being released. All these three movies doesnt have any big hero in them who could keep the box-office bells ringing. and Maska Arundathi Fitting Master movies which are releasing on January 14th for Sankranthi.
Maska has Ram, Hansika Motwani and Sheela in lead roles. This movie is being directed by B Gopal and is being produced by MS Raju on Sumanth Arts banner. Arundathi is an epic movie which is directed by Kodi Ramakrishna and produced by Shyam Prasad Reddy. It has Anushka, Sonu Sood and Shyyaji Shinde in the lead roles. Directed and produced by EVV Satyanarayana, Fitting Master has Allari Naresh and Madalasa Sharma in the lead roles.Movies which were actually to be released for Sankranthi but were postponed till end of the month are Siddharth-Tammanna’s Konchem Istam Konchem Kastam , Nitin-Priyamani and Rajasekhar-Neetu Chandra Satyameva Jayathi

13 Crore Project With Anushka on 9th January


Recently Anushka photos from Arundati got released and ansuhka looking completely different in the pics. Anushka is starring in dual role for this flick. Shyam Prasad reddy is the producer and this movie is directed by Kodi Ramakrishna.The movie is all set for release on 9th January 2009 and it is stated to be estimated budget of Rs.13 crores. This flick took two years for production.

Anushka bowled over by Visakha beauty


The top heroine in Tollywood today, Anushka was in Visakhapatnam for the inauguration of a shopping mall. Anushka later interacted with the media personnel. Anushka said that she was bowled over by the enchanting beauty of Visakhapatnam.The long beach, hills and other attractions have cast a spell on her. She said that she would come back to Visakhapatnam to enjoy the nature’s beauty.

Chintakayala Ravi music in october first week !


Chintakayala Ravi starring actor Venkatesh and actress Anushka in the lead is now in the final stages of shooting.Venkatesh is playing the character of a software engineer in the film. A major part of the shooting was held in the US. Yogi,oka raju oka rani fame is the director and Nallamalupu Bujji is the producer. Adithya Music has bagged the audio rights for the film and the audio will be released in the first week of October. Vishal-Shekar duo of the Hindi film Om Shanthi Om has composed the music for the film.

'Baladoor' Audio on 31st July


RaviTeja and Anushka in the lead, with Super Star Krishna in a special role, 'Baladoor' – Veediki badhyathalekkuva, is presented by Dr. Rama Naidu, on 'Suresh Productions Pvt Ltd banner.

Producer Suresh Babu informed that the audio will be released on 31st of July, through Aditya Music.

There are six songs in all with the music composed by Radha Krishnan. This is the first Telugu film to shoot a song sequence at Uzbekistan. The remaining 5 songs are filmed at Austria & Germany. Preparations are on to release the movie in August.

Uday Bahaskar who has earlier directed the movie 'Kalisundam Ra' for Suresh Productions banner hoped that the title is close to Ravi Teja's film image, and is a family entertainer.

Baladur in final touches


Final touches are being given for the movie Baladur directed by Uday Shankar, presented by Dr D Ramanaidu and produced by D Suresh Babu under the banner of Suresh Productions with Ravi Teja and Anushka in the lead.

Addressing the media, Paruchuri Venkateswara Rao says, "We verified several titles and finally zeroes in on Baladur as the title, with a tagline 'Veediki Badhyatalekkuva'. It is the story that runs between two families in a village. A youth, who is like a vagabond, turns very responsible following certain incidents. What he does to set the things right is the subject. Besides the family feuds, the film also had a beautiful love story as an undercurrent."

Director Uday Shankar says, "Earlier, I worked for this banner and gave a hit like Kalisundam... Raa. This time, the title would suit at its best to Ravi Teja's body language and at the same time, it had several elements that can attract the family audiences. Superstar Krishna is playing the role of the paternal uncle of Ravi Teja, which is also a key role. Anushka is playing the role of a medico, who reaches city from a nearby village exclusively for studies."

Producer says, "The film is a romantic entertainer. There are six songs and six fights. We shot one film in Uzbekistan, the first ever Telugu film that was in that country. We are making efforts to launch the audio next week and release the film on August 15."

Chandramohan, Sunil, LB Sriram, Pradeep Rawat, Ahuti Prasad, Sivaprasad, Sameer, Raja Ravindra, Suman Shetty, Mallikarjuna Rao, Raviprakash, Sumitra, Bhargavi, Gundu Hanumanta Rao, Kadambari Kiran, Tirupati Prakash and others are in the cast. Dialogues are by Lakshmi Bhoopal, dialogues are by Paruchuri Brothers, music is by KM Radhakrishnan, camera is by B Balamurugan, editing is by Marthand K Venkatesh, while story and direction are by Uday Shankar.

Venkatesh signed two more films after chintakayala ravi


Venkatesh is busy in shaking his legs withy Mamatha Mohandass in USA for the film Chinthakayala Ravi in the direction of Yogi.
The next schedule of the film will begin in Hyderabad from 1st July.
On the other hand, Venkatesh has signed two more films- one will be with Gamyam director Krish and Aswini Dutt and another film will be with director Sreenu Vytla who is on cloud nine with the success of Ready. This film will be produced by Giri of Andhrawala.

Anushka ready for skin show


Anushka - Yoga teacher from Bangalore is presently busy in three flicks 'Arundathi', 'Baladur' and Chintakaayala Ravi, subsequent to this flick she has nothing in hand which is worrying her a lot.
During the time of Don, Okkamagadu she has hiked her remuneration so much that producers who intend to make flick with her had to drop their proposals.
Of late its heard that she has reduced her remuneration as well proposed to producers that she is ready for exposing as well skin show as much as possible, with this offers producers are rethinking on their projects again. When a top heroine is asking for a small remuneration and that too ready for everything, then surely many directors would pipeline.

Venkatesh starrar Chintakayala Ravi has been getting shot in USA for the last 15 days. Producer Nallamalapu Srinivas said that they continue shooting in America till 20th of his month and latter the unit will shift too Hyderabad, Vizag and Rajahmundry for canning the third schedule.The producer added that they are canning two songs one on Venkatesh and Anushka and the other one on Venkatesh and Mamatha Mohan Dass with dance master Raju Sundaram. Director Yogi of Oka Raju Okara Rani is directing this flick.

Anushka has no free time


It is Anushka who continued to remain a busy heroine in Telugu film industry these days. The yoga teacher turned actress is presently busy in the US with 'Chintakayala Ravi' opposite Venkatesh.
After that she would pair up with Gopichand for a film to be directed by cinematographer turned director J Siva and produced by V Ananda Prasad.
Besides this, she had also signed a film on the banner of Suresh Productions with Raviteja as hero. 'Baladur' is the title under consideration for that movie. A few scenes remained to be shot for the movie.
Besides all these regular glamour roles, Anushka is also trying herself to prove that she could also do performance-oriented roles and as part of it, she signed the dotted line for 'Arundhati'.

Anushka becomes busy again


Anushka’s living out of her suitcase, as she’s literally zigzagging across the planet for her hectic shooting schedules. Just as she completed a month long shooting in Russia for a yet-to-be-titled film being directed by Uday Shankar, she had to travel to USA. This time for the shooting of Chintakayala Ravi, which stars Venkatesh.Sources tell us that once she’s back in city, she would be busy with the shooting of yet another film, which stars Gopichand. Here's someone going places, wouldn't you say? Let’s hope her films also go the whole mile on the box office map.

Gopichand and Anushka are starring as hero and heroine for another flick that was formally launched on April 18th in Hyderabad, this is second flick for the same combination before they starred for the flick ‘Lakshyam‘. Shiva is going to direct this flick and producer a realtor turned producer V Anand Prasad. Muhruath shot was on Gopichand and Poonam Kaur, clap was done by D Suresh Babu and Anand Babu switched on camera. Music of flick is composed by Mani Sharma.
